will do mate...gotta figure out the whole 'online console' thing....weird :)

and Veg, my whole reason for buying the 360 was so i could postpone buying a PS3 for at least 18 months after they come out. My dad's an accountant, so if i phrase it in a cost depreciation type argument, i may get out alive :D

someone else just recommended this game as well. seems to be quite excellent. does it do coop vs other humans or ai? what games types? missions are TDM type stuff?

it sucks one has to pay for xbox live to play with others...may turn me off to it altogether.

$50 per year ... that covers all the demos, movie and game trailers (all in HD 720p), plus the "play with others" part. My understanding is that one rate will cover "Live Anywhere" for the pc when that starts later this year as well. That is, if you are paid-up, it covers all the platforms they support.

GoW has 2-player campaign coop. The entire story/campaign. against the ai.

the adversarial mode is up to 4v4 tdm ...

My understanding is that the online coop campaign is where this one really shines.

they have movie trailers, demos of upcoming games, free trial versions of the "arcade" games ... it's basically like a fileplanet membership or somesuch ...

I'm not trying to justify anything, I'm just trying to explain it.

Steel might as well include an X-Box forum in here as well if you “TRAITORS “ are going to the dark side.

there's no "dark side" ... Xbox is not the opposite of PC ... they are complimentary.

I saw that "Cole" in GoW is inspired and voiced by Terry Tate, the Office Linebacker. Now it all makes sense.
