IL2 1946 new beta .dll and config settings

with the 4.09beta files at the heart of the MOD, they include new .dll files which make the game look better...

all you have to do is open the confi text file and change the following settings....DONT ADD stuff in ()

SubTitlesLines=1 (reduces all the AI text to 1 line)

HighGore=1 (not sure but I think it adds blood...who knows)

3dgunners=0 (this is help with lag as it doesnt render the gunners for AAA guns)

Sky=4 (makes wonderful clouds....no puffballs)

LandGeom=3 (careful, this might be too high, if the game stutters reduce to 2....it increases the view distance also)

Water=4 (this adds real looking water...even white caps)
