Yep it has happened again, Falcon 4 no fly.

This sim has fallen to the wayside again because of the learning curve, and the time factor in making campaign missions. Most folks would love to invest the time but can't. Maybe we can pick this one up again soon. I'll try and find the time to continue making missions for a campaign that Steel and I started over a year ago, but right now I have to shelve it since I'm tied down with so much. Anyone who wants to generate and fly missions, please let me know and I'll show up if it all possible.

I'm here ready and willing to fly Falcon 4 AF whenever you have the time Grifter. Just let me know!

I'm off today so I think I'll brush up on my Falcon skills.

Funny you mention F4. I fired this up last night to see how it runs on my 8800GTX card. It was absolutely stunning!! No problems at all. I did a few touch and goes, and the first couple of tries were a little shaky. Of course the weather didn't help, it was low cloud cover and foggy which made for quite a challenge.

I remember the days when we used to have F4 training nights, to get those people that didn't know how to fly F4 into the know. Maybe we should get this started again? I sent a copy of F4:AF to Veg a few months ago, and I'm pretty sure he hasn't had a chance to fly it yet.

When I have the time, I am always willing to fly F4. I am not too sure what version I am running, so I'll have to check with the updater and see if there is a newer version than what I have. The server of course will have to be updated if we decide to use it for F4.

Count me in if you guys plan on F4 too. Not like I'm "flown out" on it like I can get on Il-2. :)

Sunday afternoon works for me. I'll try and be on ventrilo around 1:00 EDT.

LOL! How the hell did you know why I wasn't around last night? I could have just easily been attending a seminar on how to compose your own Wagnerian-style opera.

Sorry I have not been around guys, but I was handling family matters the last few days. Karen and I were at a funeral on Saturday and because my aunt's passing has been so very difficult the last two weeks, we took today for ourselves. We ended up finally buying a home theatre system that we've been planning on getting. I appreciate the excitement here and hope that we can do something this weekend. I'm working wednesday and thursday, but I can play in the evenings I believe.

Sorry I didn't make it online today guys. I forgot the Little League World Series was on and I just HAD to watch it. After that, I ended up playing Bioshock for 3 hours, and then went to my softball game.

remember you have to connect via remote desktop (details in server forum) and start the server. you probably want to kill the bf2 and arma servers that are running (you will see them when you log in).
