Falcon 4.0: Allied Force Patch

The Lead Pursuit Website offers a new patch for Falcon 4.0: Allied Force, bringing the combat flight simulator to version 1.0.13. The new version addresses some issues, including a display problem under Windows Vista. The update is available automatically from within the game, and the manual patch is on their Downloads Page, mirrored on AtomicGamer and The Patches Scrolls.

I did the update and now I am having issues with campaigns. Anytime I want to run a new campaign in any theatre and any year, one I can't choose a sqaudron and two I can't commit to a new campaign. I might have to reinstall. Its a small patch so when I patch up I got to go from 1.0.12 then to .13.

Thanks Steel!

The readme for this patch mentions improved stability and memory usage. That's certainly good to hear.

I got the damn thing to work, I had to reboot, with such a small patch and seeing that 1.0.12 told me I had to reboot after it installed I didn't expect I needed to this time.
