Ok what do people think of this one???? I am looking to get a new SIMM and I'm trying to gather what people think, also I am considering Silent Hunter II. What do you guys think I should buy but I'm not looking to pay full price so a game thats been out for a minute and retailers are in the reduce priced phase of selling the game.

I haven't heard any GREAT reviews on BoB2, and none of us have it, so I would hold off on getting it. It got a 65% average rating from 3 reviews, so ummm yea. If you can get it for cheap cheap, then maybe you can be the guinea pig for us DA? Heh.

As far as buying another game, why buy another game when you don't even play the ones you have with US? :P If you just HAVE to buy another game, consider getting Star Wars Battlefront II. A few of us are playing it now, maybe you could join us too DA?

I don't want to spend over 30 bucks, well I found Descent freespace with bonus silent threat for $5.90 at gogamer, but is that the game itself and should I buy that, or am I looking for freespace 2? I do not see that title at gogamer but I will try somewhere else.

Ok then, fair enough. Are you talking about the original Decent Freespace for $5.90 or Decent Freespace 2 for $5.90? Link?

EDIT: Nm, I found it, that's the original Freespace. You would probably have trouble running it on Windows XP, as that's a VERY old game. This just is my opinion, but I would not even bother getting that. You should look for Freespace 2.

Decent Freespace system Requirements:
Windows 95/98/ME, Pentium 166, 64MB RAM, 8MB 3D video accelerator, 4X CDROM, Windows compatible sound card, 100% Microsoft-compatible mouse, Keybard, Joystick

BUF how is Battle of Britian. I know this is like a year and a half later, but does anyone have this game and what do they think. I just might buy it now and check it out. Something different even though I hate props but what choices do I have right. LoL

no multi player - should be right up your alley DA as you seem to avoid getting games everyone else has (ala ArmA). ;) :D
