is anyone still playing this?

can someone tell me about space combat? is there a fighter pilot character class? is it third person only?

I am still playing it. The "new" Space Combat has not been released yet. It's going to be part of the expansion in February 2014. But I am a subscriber in SWTOR, so I will get early access in December. I'll let you know how it is. Not sure on the pilot character, I'm assuming that all classes will be able to fly a ship, and not having a "pilot" only class. so the current space combat is all third person like I see in the trailer?

EDITL ugh, still looks like 3rd person only.

Current space combat is 3rd person and on rails. (cant really go off the "track") The new space combat is like Xwing vs Tie Fighter. Not sure on the 3rd person only for that though.
