I was referringto the fans on the card, not the chassis fans. The metal in the pic looks like it might be blocking the back end of the card some, but your second pic shows it is probably OK the way it is.

i think you will probably be OK. those fans are not drawing air from the rear of the card. you might see if you can remove those drive bays that are there (those at the rear of the GPU card) though - often some of them are removable.
