Looks like a pretty good deal if you are looking to get a new video card. It is $149.99 after the $10 off Promo Code: EMCBACBCH

these are more or less the GTS G92 8800 they did some very minor changes. So that card is very similer to the GTS G92 8800 cards I have and I got 2 lol. I think mine had a higher memory clock then these but in reality not a big diff. I remmeber these hit when I was buying my pc and ya I stuck with 8800 as lower price point and no real major diff, but now looked up the 8800 and price about the same so this is a STEAL. I think 2 cost me 5004 range and that was good.

Does anyone know if the PCI-E 2.0 cards will work in a non PCI-E 2.0 board?

I just might get (2) of these and sell my (2) 8800GTXs. Then again, I probably won't see much of a performance difference, so maybe not.

ok u have pci-e 1 ???? if yes then YES it will work pci-e 2 is backwards compatable but man don't bother. These are basiclay my GTS 8800 cards which will top yours SLIGHTEALY if screen resulation below or at the 1680×1050 mark I believe. Above that yours win. and the difference is MINIMAL at or below. Basically not worth the upgrade for you man.

The 9800 GTX is an 8800GTS 512 with a 25MHz higher GPU clock and 200+MHz faster RAM.
Same type and amount of RAM.
Same chip.
Same number of stream processors.
That said, it costs less than I paid for my GTS earlier this year.
