so if you have it and want to install, here is what we are playing with:

mw4: mercenaries

then we will need the pr1 patch, mp21a, and the newbattlefields full install. the rest is optional right now.

get from here:

that would be:
pr1 patch
mp21a
high def (get it but don't install it yet, jury is out)

then get these mission packs/terrain (coop stuff):

then get the NBT Hardcore stuff (not sure if we will use it or not)

easiest to get the cd's and install (I used the .exe's)

and then the hardcore beta setup;

Have to say, with my Cougar, Tac Board AND TrackIR this could be a lot of fun. I'm guessing that I won't geet the time to download all that before everyone turns up - if they DO. But should have it all by tomorrow. Maybe we'll have to issue a challenge to my sis-in-law's team - sorta like a secret revenge assasination type affair, leave a few tangential clues as to ID on the way out the victor's door. LOL! :lol:
Anyway, like I've said I've played a few rounds on her team's games and would say a few rounds to wipe away the rust, we could pose a decent threat to them. At least from what I saw at the time - I went up against one of their top players for a bit, and would say I faired pretty good, it was about even I'd say. And that was using my Sis-in-law's keyboard and crappy mouse.

Having trouble with the 20-21 and 21-22 patches, Steel. Any chance of a bit of help on that one? Everything, with the exception of the one you said not to, is installed. And, of course, the above patches which I am having trouble with.
I have also noticed that it seems to take a while to get off the loading screen and into the game options screen. Maybe a minute or almost two.

For what it's worth, the first two patches are included in the NBT cds ...

Okay, I've sussed this out now. The two patches can be installed automatically by activating the NBT Hardcore execute file.
