BBQ On The 4th?

I have top sirloin on one grill and shish kabob loaded with chicken , vegetables ,onions, and bell peppers on the other.

we grilled two pieces of Atlantic Cod and three pieces of chicken with Gator's secret recipe bourbon (Jack Daniels and Southern Comfort) marinade -- it's a secret because I forgot what else I put in it. Ate the fish - chicken was intentional leftovers.

Salmon, cheeseburgers, hot dogs, chicken, babyback ribs at my mother-in-laws. I ate the Salmon and had a hot dog later that afternoon. There was plenty of food.

Grilled up some Nathan's dogs, it was all I could manage after helping a buddy finish his deck (while i am on Vacation this week no less)....after being out all day in 90% humidity, and with big assed thunderboomers rolling in.....I did some dogs.
and here in my little town between all the fireworks going off (all are legal here) abd the nasty thunder and lightning going off it sounded like Fallujah till about 9pm
