Saw these flying northbound into the storm on Tue night while at Agua Caliente. "tail" numbers 48 and 50, I estimate they were about 3-4 miles away from me. I knew they were something different from the sound so ran outside with the camera. F/A-18's would also occasionally fly low beyond the hill you see in the distance, north to south, and pop up high (as if after a low level run).
