Mustang codes

Post by Hammer »

I got my code in my email today.

if you did not get it in email, check to ensure you have access to the email you registered with. you should also be able to go to the radeon rewards web site to check for all of your codes that way.

I got it I got it!
Can't wait to try it out tonight.

Awww damn. Just another scam trying to get money from us. It's NOT a free ship it's $60 off a $120 "package".
Nice try though.

I have not had a chance to play. It had 20+ minutes to go when I left the house last night. Should probably be able to log in when I get back tonight, but probably wont get a real chance to try it out until tomorrow or Monday night.

I got the Hornet Ghost package last week, so I already have all that stuff and when I went to use that code, it said the Maverick was $60, with the code, so I thought it would cost me $60.
So maybe I'm doing something wrong?

Aha I was not reading it correctly. I went through all the steps again, and this time it was a balance of $0 when I got to checkout...

Sweet!

Thanks Hammer!

It's not for the Maverick, it's for the Mustang, which I believe was indeed $60 with a $60 discount, and so free. Im surprised you could apply it to any other ship, but that's kind of cool if so.

Edit: nevermind, I see you got it.

that is interesting actually. I wonder if people could either apply it to some other $60 package or after you get it 'melt' is and then get something else. most likely yes.

Oh, oops I miss typed the ship name in my last post. You are right it is the Mustang not the Maverick.

And I do think I can melt it for store credit. But after playing in the dogfight arena with the Hornet, the Mustangs kicked my ass, so I will keep it.
I have the new ship in my hanger, but it didn't let me select it as an option for the arena last time I tried it. I'll try it again maybe tomorrow.
This game seems to have a pretty steep learning curve, or else I'm getting stupid in my old age. There is a ton of shit to read through to find useful information.
The forums are helpful actually. And of course, here as well.

Thanks again Hammer.

Hammer if you can melt it you need to do that and get about 4 more codes for yourself and get yourself one of those $275 ships. Then one more so you can have a mustang as well. :)

You can not, "You are about to reclaim your Package - AMD Never Settle Space Edition pledge. This will delete the pledge from your account and give you $0.00 USD in store credits."
