Tonight's sortie. Everyone did a great job. Grifter in his first time back led a strike package of 1xF/A-18C and 1xF-16C. Grifter and I hit targets and when winchester, I buddy lased for Grifter and Xpen in the Harrier. Grifter and I returned to the boat and each got 3 wires. Trichome also got a 3 wire.

It was a good night!

BTW I also want to add that Grifter and Trichome both made their 3 wires WITHOUT ILS or TACAN. I think the TACAN wasn't working due to what Hammer had mentioned--it did at the beginning of the mission but then it crapped out at the end. The ILS though, I don't know...it never happened before and we all had the right channel and had it selected in the HSI.

But how's that for our Navy pilots' skills?
