I propose Voodoo to be the first wave specifically targeting the SAMS and AA threats. There is not much precision bombing we can do if we can't stay airborne. This can be done with HARM and JDAM given target assigned coordinates. I recommend Anvil carry JDAMs to strike the F-117 site. We should have coordinates from the intel map (F10).

Air to air is expected to be heavy, so Ares' work is cut out for them and should escort the strike forces in and out.
