Foothold Sinai Tonight 082725- IMPORTANT!

I kinda forgot but today is my birthday, so I will not be able to fly tonight as I am being taken out for dinner by my wonderful Baroness...!
So, what I will try to do it start the session before I leave so that you guys can fly without me.
If for whatever reason it doesn't work, then maybe you can fly Trichome's mission if he's available.
If that doesn't fly, then we can reschedule for a different day.
If THAT doesn't work, then I'll just see you guys next Wednesday!

Missed you last night Bones. Panzer, Jedi and I had combined taking of Al-Kibrit. Great SEAD and CAP by Panzer/Jedi. Jedi took out the last 2 ground targets and I landed there to capture it. After that we focused on Fayed. Took out all the ground troops except 4 infantry. AH64 George CPG needs to see the eye doctor. he couldnt find/lock up/shoot the last 4 infantry. i got too close and RPG took me out. Those 4 guys are holding Fayed as we all quit for the night.
Nice to have targets that are closer than 40nm finally! It was enjoyable night.

Interestingly, red F-16 from Egypt showed up to engage Jedi.

Thanks for the AAR. I'll go in tonight and clean up. Maybe I'll just iron dumb drop a salvo on them, that oughta do it. If anyone wants to join in, be my guest!

OK, a Mk84 dropped iron dumb with a Tomcat and those grunts were toast. There was also a vehicle that I hit. But the last thing was there was there HQ building that needed to be hit. I went back with a Hornet, got smoke out on it, and took it out with a JDAM.
Fayed is now neutral.
