I will be unable to host tomorrow night (01.21.26) as my wife and I traditionally celebrate our "dateaversary", which will be the 16th one now.

Creeper has graciously agreed to host tomorrow night. So, at 8 Eastern, meet with him on Teamspeak and he can give you the info to join the server. He has the latest saves and mission version.

The latest version has a new function whereas before if you were shot down in enemy territory, you could not be rescued. Now, if the enemy doesn't kill you first, you can be rescued for points, and the 75% of the points that you earned that were lost will be recovered upon return to friendly territory.

When a pilot that has gone down can be rescued, an announcement will appear on the screen to let the CSAR guys know. Grab him before the enemy does--they take no prisoners!

Thanks! As a tradition, we go back to the restaurant that was the site of or first date, and we get the same table. We used to order the same thing as we did back in 2010 but the menu has changed since. But the tradition continues, and in the last 8 years now includes or son. Done it every year except in 2020 because of the COVID lockdown, in which case we got curbside delivery and celebrated at home.

As for chilly...tonight won't be so bad. It is Fri that is the one to watch for. The *high* temperature is going to be -2 F, with a windchill factor of -35 to -40 F. That's the worst it's been in several years.

What a cool special tradition! You should get a pic every year too from the same perspective!

If my wife and I did that, it would require a trip to NJ every year haha.
