I have purchased a few Lego minifigs and accessories to eventually work on a fantasy RPG game with at least one of my daughters. The lego minifigures would be used on the table top for encounters.

This is great stuff! You probably need a spare room for displaying all of them. I think it's great to have something as a hobby away from the screen.

Besides PC gaming my only other hobby is watching movies and tv series so I guess I fail! PDT_Armataz_01_14

Thats still a hobby Panzer! With 3 of my "youngins" now out of the house, its given me time to spend more time with the youngest and he loves to go see movies. Seeing some horror flick tonight and then 1978 Halloween back in theaters on Fri night with him. We're also watching Andor and LOTR on Amazon Prime.

I absolutely loved legos growing up and its a contributing factor to why I became a civil engineer!

My free time outside of PC gaming is photography with my wife (mostly nature), working on an F14 paper airplane (card stock); n-scale trains, and also reading. Loving The Red Line by Walt Gragg (fictional Russia invades Germany) and just finished Red Phoenix by Larry Bond (who also created the Harpoon PC game). Outstanding book like Red Storm Rising by Clancy. I usually only get through a few chapters before drifting off each night.

Of course the activity Venn diagram shows the overlap between me and my wife filled with *her* reality TV shows most evenings ha ha. They're somewhat entertaining but more for her and together time. I would not watch them on my own. We're not empty nesters but moving in that direction.

Oh god no! I'm grateful to be spared from that. Yeah, my wife watches stuff like "90 Day Finacee" but she doesn't require me to watch it with her. On occasion though I've had to endure other things like going to a Celine Dion concert. I made it out alive surprisingly.

OMG our wives should watch the 90-day fiance shows together then! There are too many spinoffs and sadly, we watch them. 90-day the other way, 90-day diaries, 90-day the single life and now 90-day UK edition. Now its Bachelor in Paradise. I can tolerate Real Housewives occasionally and very seldomly sMothered. I didn't realize how long a list that is. Its amusing to watch dysfunctional people try to have a relationship with tv cameras there.

I do enjoy Amazing Race and Survivor but we DVR those so I dont' miss Wed night DCS flying.

Thankfully she lays on the couch and can't see me go on my phone when I lose interest ha ha.

Movies in the theater: I have forsaken all power to have a voice after I made her sit through Alien3 while we were dating. I still hear about that one.

not a bad looking layout to do some switching. but your eyes must be top notch. have you done any operations on it, or just getting into it? do you use any DCC stuff, or all straight DC?

and OMG, my wife continuously watches 90 day fiance (and related). I generally cannot stand it.

My wife said I owed her 5 chick flicks for making her watch "RUSH" in the movie theater. Apparently she was most disappointed by the fact that there weren't more nude scenes with Chris Hemsworth. PDT_Armataz_01_10

Hahaha Panzer. I can related.

Hammer: I've been on-again/off-again with it. I don't plan on getting into DCC stuff. one loco is enough. I'm working more on the scenery now and running the loco's enough so they don't get too old. Eventually I'll give to my grandkids ha ha.

I think we need a Wives 90-day fiance club.

Creeper can you share where you got those card stock fighters from?
Ive been tempted to make this purchase. These guys have an awesome YouTube page... "Flite test" and pretty wild kits to purchase with or without motors.

https://store.flitetest.com/flite-test- ... build-kit/

I love the train setup you have. Love to see pictures as you add t oit or make changes. Ive seen some setups on YouTube that can get pretty crazy (cool kind of crazy,,,lol)

My wifes go to is Coronation Street a British show so Im not sure whats worse. Sitting through 90day fiancé or British time period pieces and Coronation Street....lol. We do the Survivor and Amazing Race too. we download everything so we generally watch the next day.

As we're discussing hobbies, I thought I would share mine as well.

DCS and other video games when I have time. I've been thinking about improving my "simpit" with a new desk, chair, and perhaps a button box. But, it's all money.

Television series. I watch quite a lot of tv. I wish I could say leisure reading was higher on my list, but I just don't find it stimulating enough. I'm working to change my daily routine and include it more often. I watch the NFL, but not as much as I used to.

Working out to stay in shape for hiking.

My wife and I are section hikers and backpackers. This is really my primary hobby. It takes up a great deal of my free time and money. Thankfully, the spending spree is over for now. I should have most of what I need for the foreseeable future. We're currently debating whether or not to return to California's Sierras or go elsewhere next summer. Winter is coming, and we'll be doing a lot of snowshoeing, winter backpacking, camping. We're renting a cabin with friends in February.

That's about it. Wish I had the time to get back into roleplaying games, I used to be an avid player. Perhaps when I retire.
