There is a new patch for C&C3, version 1.03. If you don't have it yet, login to MP and it will DL/install automatically.

You're one of the lucky ones, when the patch first hit the servers, it was a 22k/s DL. Took me 45+ min to DL it. We played SC while the patch DLed in the background.
