Looks good. I would really like to see a remake of Shogun Total War with the new graphics engine. I played Shogun Total War for months/years.

Oh hell yeah. I'd pay good money for a sequel to Shogun. I absolutely loved the original game.

i read some opinions in the Histwar forums last night. those guy really poopooo the Total War series as not realistic enough for them, except for maybe Shogun. I agree for the most part with the addition of a lot of fantasy/idealistic stuff. flaming pigs is a great example... PDT_Armataz_01_05

has anyone ever played cossacks ii: napoleonic wars or battle for europe? i wonder how the tactical battles are handled...

I have not played Cossacks II, but I played the original Cossacks. I didn't like it at all, it was WAY too fast paced and a major click fest.
