Foothold missions

I have also updated the Foothold Caucasus mission (it is in an unusual area for this map). It has all client aircraft at hot start now. Just note, no client aircraft seem to have loadouts, I expect the mission is designed that way. I also reviewed the red units, all seem appropriate to a Red force - kudos to the mission designer! I also changed the Stennis out for the Washington, but left it named the same in case any scripts in the mission call it by name. The Tarawa also got an ILS setting as it did not have one. This mission is now uploaded to the server and in the mission list, it has been renamed to Caucasus instead of Stennis_HOT. I will work on the Syria one when I next have some time.
