Nick Grey (owner of Eagle Dynamics and The Fighter Collection) has again transferred more money in August 2025 (this time, 1.1 million USD) from ED to TFC through his shell company, Patina. These are interest free "permanent" loans that will never be repaid to ED. The filings for the money transfer are all public record.

Interesting stuff indeed. At this point I really do wonder how much longer ED will be in business. It seems to me that ED is just being used as a false front for shady yet legal financial transactions.
