Addon is the New version of the SU-25 Frogfoot and seemingly makes the game extremely biased towards the Russian fighters any further addons will be from the Russian developers side not the european side so you can almost garauntee that further addons if any will be to improve the Russian side of things.

Well, that's not entirely true--or untrue.
The Russian planes in LOMAC are almost exactly ported from Flanker 2.5. Other than omitting the bogus AG radar, the only changes are minor. All the developer time was spent on the A-10 and especially the F-15C (even though it still required mega work in the patches).
Ubisoft is out of the picture--they have no interest in publishing anything further for LOMAC. ED was given permission to release an addon to the game on their own, but they don't have distribution rights in the West, so you won't see it on store shelves. They CAN sell it online, so they will.
As for biased towards the Russian fighters, since the addon is primarily about the new Su-25T's FM and avionics (and since it's very similar in FM the Su-25), that's sort of like saying Pacific Fighters was heavily biased against the German and Russian planes--because there weren't any! Unless you installed over FB/AEP, of course.

Other than this Su-25T addon, there's talk of a Ka-50/52 addon, but how that will be handled is still speculation. Since Ubi said only one addon, it may mean the Ka-50 will be a new standalone sim, but maybe integrating with LOMAC?

The jist is that LOMAC is selling well enough in Russia for them to continue with the series...so NATURALLY they're focusing on Russian planes. After all, that's what they know and have easy access to. It generates sales and $$ (or rubles and Euros) and they continue along. For Western planes, we'll have to count on Western developers.

Oh, that's right, there aren't any.

We can't really complain here - LOMAC is a Soviet aircraft-based sim, always has been since the days of Flanker. Falcon 4 is an F-16 based sim; none of the Soviet-based aircraft have really been attended to in any way like the F-16 has. The Soviet fan base has not complained about that lack of attention. I say it's all about what aircraft you want to fly.
