Well i don't know how you guys play paint ball over there but over here we try and wear camouflage stuff to blend in with trees and buildings.

Those girls are wearing stuff that just screams "I'M OVER HERE PLEASE SHOOT ME!" an obvious reason why girls should not be in your team on paintball as they are more worried about how cool they look than the actual tactics of the game.

Also you can tell they are girls other than the obvious things, by just looking at the padding they are wearing you would think they are playing american football or something.
