well now that its not 100+ and this weekend I may have to break out a sweatshirt........I may now be able to do some smoking with my new Q. Its a Yoder Smokers 20 inch dia. "Loaded" Wichita Smoker.

Ignor the weeds in the background....been too damn hot to mow or break out the weedwacker......sue me


The top shelve comes out for more room on the main deck


Thats a 1/4" thick steel "Heat Managment" plate....=) Heck the whole thing is constructed out of 1/4" new steel.....it should last a while
